I’m Katie Fleming Thomas, MS, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with a deep understanding of behavior change, nervous system regulation, and the psychology of addiction. I built ZenQuit to be the program I wish I had decades ago. It’s not about force or shame. It’s about real, sustainable transformation. 

Quitting isn’t just about breaking a habit; it’s about reclaiming your freedom from the part of you that thinks you need it to function. I’m here to guide you through the process, step by step, with tools that truly work, so you stay grounded, keep your sanity, and come out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever.
